About TempMailHub
TempMailHub gives you a free, disposable email address in one click, so your real inbox stays clean.
Why we built it
Every time you give your real email address to a website, it can end up on mailing lists you never asked to join. A single sign-up for a coupon, a PDF or a free trial can turn into months of promotional mail. We built TempMailHub to make the private option just as quick as the careless one: open the page, copy an address, and carry on.
What you can do here
- Get a temporary address instantly, with no sign-up needed
- Receive confirmation emails and one-time codes within seconds
- Reopen the same inbox later, because messages are kept for up to 30 days
- Use Gmail-style dot and plus variations through the temp Gmail address tool
- Check which dot variations your own Gmail address has with the Gmail dot trick generator
- Create several addresses at once with the bulk generator after signing in
- Read practical guides in our blog
How a temporary email works
When you open the site we create an address on our own domain, tempmailhub.tech. Anything sent to that address appears in your inbox on the page. You can copy a verification code, click a confirmation link, or just read the message. TempMailHub is receive-only, so you cannot send mail from an address. That keeps the service simple and helps prevent misuse. If you are new to the idea, start with our guide on how to create a temporary email address.
How we handle your data
Messages are removed automatically after a limited time, currently up to 30 days. We do not sell personal information and we do not ask for payment details. Full details are in our privacy policy and cookie policy.
Who it is for
- People who want fewer spam emails after signing up for free trials and downloads
- Developers and testers who need quick inboxes to check sign-up and verification flows
- Anyone who prefers not to hand out a personal address for every new account
When not to use it
A temporary address is not meant for accounts you need to recover later, such as banking, work or your main social profiles. Anyone who knows an address can open its inbox, so never use one for sensitive information. For accounts you want to keep, a plus alias on your own mailbox is usually the better choice. Our comparison of temp mail vs Gmail alias explains the difference.
How we compare
We keep a plain comparison of popular temp mail services on the compare temp mail page, including where each one is a good fit.
